Nature's Key Skincare

About the Company

Nature's Key Skincare is a company based in Langley, BC, dedicated to creating all natural skincare products. It all started when Shelly, a passionate entrepreneur, began to search for natural ingredients as an alternative to harmful ingredients. After discovering the amount of harmful chemicals used in many commercial products, she began to research and test new recipes. After creating her successful all-natural formulas, she decided that she wanted to make a business out of it. She then included Katana, her daughter, in her efforts to begin a successful business; they became a mother-daughter team, and successfully created the natural skincare line they planned for.

My Take

I absolutely love this set! Not only is it all-natural, but the packaging is also eco-friendly. It's sometimes difficult to find products that tick both of these boxes, so I'm very glad I came across this brand. When buying any product in general, you can never be sure whether or not the product will work. After reading the story behind Nature's Key Skincare, I felt much more confident in trying the products. I'm a firm believer in using natural ingredients instead of harmful ones, and that is the very foundation of Nature's Key Skincare. The bath bombs within itself are gorgeous and smell amazing. Pictured below is the first one I tried, and it exceeded all expectations. The little rose petals were a lovely touch, and my skin was very soft afterwards.

About the Product

This formula is created by using a blend of oils to properly nourish, hydrate and smooth the skin. There are several beneficial oils used, including Sea Buckthorn and Hemp Seed oil. Sea Buckthorn oil is used to protect and promote skin elasticity, which overall helps reduce aging lines. Hemp Seed oil has anti-aging properties, but also helps to moisturize without clogging pores. There are no artificial fragrances, dyes, preservatives or parabens in this product. This serum is also handmade using %100 natural ingredients, and is cruelty free ♥

My Take

I love how smooth my skin is after using this product! It also has a very distinctive scent and I'm very fond of it. You only need a few drops of the serum each time you use it, so I could see it lasting for quite a long while. Place a few drops of this formula into the palm of your hand, and massage until it's warm. Instead of rubbing the serum into your face, gently dab it into the skin to avoid damage. I like to use serums in the evening after I've washed my face, and then I follow through with an all-natural moisturizer. This serum is definitely a great addition to any skincare routine, and I highly recommend using it.
